It looked like a giant mix of prom, gummy bears and ballet, absolutely bonkers but amazing. THIS is a show. Despite the criticism of 'too much' by much of the press, as it was obvious the majority of the journalists didn't know whether to write, look or photograph at any one point. This show has brought about so much controversy, it was recently displayed as a response to the 'slut walks' where designers Edward Meadham and Ben Kirchhoff 'always design with an underlying of protest' and took to the streets of Dalston 'to protest against the way everyone sees pretty'. The collection may seem pretty and naive but it does not mean the wearers are. I would love to hear your responses!
